GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
Please read this agreement carefully. These terms govern your access to and use of Potoos Research Services, ensuring compliance with SEBI regulatory mandates and intellectual property protection.
contract 1. Nature of Agreement & Contractual Parties
The Agreement: This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the "Subscriber", "User", or "Client") and M/s Potoos Research Services, a sole proprietorship brand wholly owned by Vinoth Kumar S, a SEBI-registered Individual Research Analyst holding Registration Number INH000027380.
Acceptance of Terms: By downloading, installing, accessing, or subscribing to our website (www.potoosresearch.in) or our associated Android mobile application, you explicitly confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately terminate use and uninstall the platform.
security 2. Intellectual Property Rights & Non-Redistribution Mandate
Proprietary Rights: All research reports, technical models, stock valuation metrics, text alerts, push notifications, graphics, logos, and digital coding infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of Potoos Research Services.
Strict Anti-Piracy Rule: Subscriptions are granted for strictly individual, non-commercial, personal use. You are programmatically and legally barred from copying, forwarding, reproducing, taking screenshots, sharing credentials, or redistributing our recommendations across platforms like public Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, social media, or email loops.
Account Termination: Any profile flagged by our backend security systems for multi-device concurrent logins or automated content scraping will be permanently terminated with a complete forfeit of remaining fees, and we reserve the right to initiate intellectual property litigation.

- 01. You agree to provide accurate data: PAN, Email ID, and Mobile Number.
- 02. You are solely accountable for login credential security.
- 03. Any trade executed under your profile token is deemed yours.
payments 4. Fee Matrix & Gateway Terms
Advance Structure: Fees for SEED (Daily), Weekly, and FLOWER (Quarterly) plans are through Zoho Payment Gateway.
SEBI LIMIT
Rolling family ceiling: ₹1,51,000 per 12-month cycle.
Potoos is not responsible for bank-end transaction failures or card rejections.
speed 5. Technical Latency & Uptime
System Latencies: Intraday F&O requires high-speed delivery. While we use premium infrastructure, we assume no liability for network drops, ISP latencies, or delayed push notifications.
No Execution Linkage: We provide impersonal advisory analytics only. We do not operate an automated trading API. You hold exclusive accountability for manual order placement in your broker app.
warning 6. Limitation of Liability
Capital Risk: Trading involves a high risk of capital erosion. 9 out of 10 individual traders in F&O incur net financial losses.
By using our service, you indemnify Vinoth Kumar S and Potoos Research against any actual or perceived financial losses or brokerage charges.
7. Platform Modifications
We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or features without prior notification. Continued use implies absolute acceptance of updated frameworks.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
Governed by laws of Republic of India and SEBI. Jurisdiction: Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Escalations handled through SMART ODR arbitration platform.
