The issue closed on 2 November 2026, and the same page says the company will take all steps for listing and trading within three working days of the closing date. We read these rows as 4 and 5 November 2026. The exchanges' listing notice is what confirms the date.

The prospectus also says: “The above timetable is indicative and does not constitute any obligation or liability on our Company or BRLM.” And: “The commencement of trading of the Equity Shares will be entirely at the discretion of the Stock Exchanges and in accordance with the applicable laws.”

Where to confirm the listing date

NSE published two circulars on 4 November 2026. The first (NSE/CML/77283) announced the forthcoming listing of Bombay Coated and Special Steels Limited, symbol BCSSL, ISIN INE0XFY01011. The second (NSE/CML/77305) notified that the equity shares are admitted to dealings on NSE's Capital Market segment with effect from 5 November 2026, at an issue price of Rs 82, in a market lot of 1 share. The circular says the shares will first trade in the BE series and later move to the EQ series, and that the stock is part of the pre-open session for IPOs. You can find both on NSE's circulars page; BSE publishes its own notice.

Where to check your allotment

Step-by-step help, and why blocked money is not the same as shares allotted, is on our page How do I check IPO allotment status on the official NSE, BSE or registrar website?

What the company does

The prospectus says: “We are a steel processing centre engaged in the business of converting steel coils into value-added processed steel products.” It lists precision slitting, cut-to-length processing, shearing and embossing of steel coils, and customers that are original equipment manufacturers and original design manufacturers (page 239). The promoters named on the cover are Vijaykumar Himatrai Gupta, Nitin Vijaykumar Gupta and Bhawna Nitin Gupta.

Issue price is not the opening price

The prospectus cover warns that the price band and the issue price “should not be considered to be indicative of the market price of the Equity Shares after the Equity Shares are listed. No assurance can be given regarding an active and/or sustained trading in the Equity Shares nor regarding the price at which the Equity Shares will be traded after listing.” Any grey market figure you see on social media is not an official price from NSE, BSE or the company.

What these words mean

Red herring prospectus (RHP): the offer document filed before the issue opens. It has everything except the final price and the final number of shares.

Basis of allotment: the method, approved by the designated stock exchange, that decides how many shares each applicant gets.

Designated stock exchange: the exchange that approves the basis of allotment for this issue. Here it is BSE.

Anchor investors: large institutional investors who bid one working day before the issue opens to the public.
