The company’s press release headline says “Revenue ₹583 cr”. That figure is total income, which includes other income. Revenue from operations, the first line of the results, was Rs 556.83 crore.
RITES Limited on its own (standalone)
RITES also filed standalone results, for RITES Limited alone without its subsidiaries and joint ventures. Also in Rs crore, as filed:

Against July to September 2025, standalone profit was lower, as the table shows.
The dividend
The board declared a second interim dividend for 2026-27 of Rs 1.90 per share of face value Rs 10, which is 19% of the Rs 10 face value of each share (the filing calls it 19% of the paid-up share capital). What the company said
These are the company’s own words, from the press release it filed with NSE on 4 November 2026.
“The performance in this quarter has been muted, with certain planned revenue milestones sliding marginally into Q3. We remain focused on making up for this in the remaining quarters and achieving the targets set for the year.”
Rahul Mithal, Chairman and Managing Director, RITES Limited, press release, 4 November 2026
The press release also says:
- The order book was Rs 9,388 crore on 30 September 2026, with more than 130 orders worth more than Rs 446 crore secured in the quarter.
- Consultancy brought in Rs 285 crore of revenue in the quarter, leasing Rs 49 crore and turnkey work Rs 187 crore.
- Year on year, revenue rose slightly, “driven by growth across all segments except exports”.
The notes to the results add that the board, on 25 September 2026, approved starting the closure of RITES (Afrika) Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary in Botswana. The outcome letter also says a proposed joint venture with NICC Infrastructure Construction LLC is not materialising.
What the auditors said
The figures are unaudited. The statutory auditors, S R Goyal & Co, Chartered Accountants, carried out a limited review, which is lighter than a full audit. Their reports include an emphasis of matter, which draws attention to a point without changing their conclusion:
- Indian Railway Stations Development Corporation Limited (IRSDC), a joint venture in which RITES has invested Rs 48.00 crore, is under voluntary liquidation. RITES’ 24% share of IRSDC’s net worth on 30 September 2026 was Rs 60.39 crore, so management sees no impairment. RITES received an interim payment of Rs 47.04 crore from the liquidator in July 2026, which is held as an advance until the liquidation is settled.
- For RITES (Afrika), whose closure has begun, RITES has an investment of Rs 0.01 crore against a net worth of Rs 1.79 crore, so management sees no impairment.
The auditors say their conclusion is not modified in respect of these matters.
