01. Account Deletion Process
- Click the WhatsApp button above or send an email to vinothops@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
- State your registered Full Name, Registered Mobile Number, and Registered Email Address associated with the Potoos Research Mobile App.
- Our compliance team will verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
- Once verified, your login credentials, app sessions, device tokens, and non-mandatory user preferences will be permanently erased.
- You will receive a final confirmation message on WhatsApp/Email once your account is deactivated.

03. SEBI Mandatory Data Retention Disclaimer
STATUTORY SEBI REGULATORY NOTICE
As a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (Registration No: INH000027380), Potoos Research Services operates in strict compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
Under SEBI guidelines, research analyst entities are legally required to maintain client interaction records, research recommendation logs, suitability disclosures, and transactional data for a mandatory minimum period of five (5) years.
Therefore, while your app account login access will be immediately terminated and non-essential personal data erased, regulatory records mandated by SEBI will be securely archived for the mandatory 5-year period. After the completion of the 5-year statutory period, all remaining archived records will be permanently destroyed.
